To reduce the load on the paper band filter and consumption of paper, magnetic separator is used. The paper band filter ensures positive filtration of the order of 5 micron. The contaminated coolant passes through magnetic separator where magnetic contaminants are alienated and scrapped off. Afterwards coolant passed through the paper band filter where non magnetic particles are detached. The float mechanism senses the contaminant level on the paper filter. When predetermined level is achieved and filter is chocked it activate the endless conveyor belt to bring fresh paper in position, automatically and geared motor is driven by the conveyor belt.
